However, we do not guarantee that the outer packaging (e.g., shoeboxes, product boxes, branded packaging) will remain in pristine condition during transit. Cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the function or integrity of the item is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective beyond the outer packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can attempt to assist you.
