    We take great care to pack and ship items securely. However, we do not guarantee that the outer packaging (e.g., shoeboxes, product boxes, branded packaging) will remain in pristine condition during transit. Some items may come in replacement boxes from the manufacturer. Replacement boxes or cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the function or integrity of the item is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.
